Do you need any special programs ?

There are many audio file playing programs available. The following are two of the most popular, and can be obtained free of charge:

You need to know that the upgrade installers are large files which will take some time to install, especially if you are using a dial-up Internet Connection.

To listen to files: click the appropriate icon below.

To download files: If you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer, right click the appropriate file and then "Save Target as ..." to an appropriate folder on your computer. To listen to them at a later date, simply navigate to the folder you have saved them in using Windows Explorer and click on the file.
If using other web browsers or operating systems, the process will be similar.

These are typically 5MBit files, so bear in mind the time this may take, particularly over a dial-up connection.
